Nick Ferguson

President/Owner

Nick Ferguson is President and Owner of Fabrication and Maintenance Services, LLC. Nick received his formal training and specialty working in electronics technology and control systems. In addition, his experience spans across various training and certifications in hydraulics and welding.

Before starting FMS, Nick spent 10 years working in various positions with Halliburton; was a Product line Manager for Total Equipment and Service; and an operations manager for Southwest Oilfield products. He established FMS LLC in 2016.

Charley Pollock

Vice President

Charley Pollock is currently Vice President of Business Development for Fabrication and Maintenance Service, LLC in Ft Worth, TX.

Prior to joining FMS, Charley began his professional career in 1991 with Halliburton Energy Services as an equipment design engineer and held several positions in equipment design and operations through 2000.  Post Halliburton, he served as General Manager at Warren CAT, Director of Pumping Solutions at Sentry International, Oil and Gas Business Manager at Cummins Southern Plains and Director of Equipment and Maintenance at Performance Technologies.  During his career, Charley has held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, operations and business development, all focused on oil and gas services.

He received his B.S. in Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University in 1991 and is an active member if Association of Energy Services Companies, and serves as the AESC Pressure Pumping Committee chairman.
